There are a lot of questions and "mysteries" about hypnotherapy and hypnosis.

Find answers to some of the more common questions below, as well as questions and answers about undergoing treatment with Lisa at nothing but love and therapy

What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis feels like a deep state of relaxation. You may find it feeling similar to meditation. During hypnosis you become more aware of your subconscious mind.

Will you make me do something I am not comfortable?

No you are in control at all times. You will never be made to do anything you are not comfortable with. You will be introduced to the general techniques of the hypnosis process before the session begins, and if you are not comfortable with what will be done you can be offered an at-home audio experience to go into hypnosis by yourself and then decide if you're ready for the session.

Who is going to be in control during Hypnosis?

You are in control during the entire session. You would only accept the suggestions that are given to you if you feel it is in your interest to do so. We’re working with your internal values and beliefs, and these are what you are actively trying to change.

When would I notice the change?

It varies based on individual.

There are 3 ways we change
Immediate - You feel a massive shift right away during the session. and you Immediately notice changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours.

Cumulative - You see consistent shifts every day and / or overtime after the session.

Then the last one is Retroactive - You do not see the shift right away, then one day you look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

Changes are made at a subconscious level. After every session each client will be provided a personalised Transformational audio recording that is tailor made for the individual, it's highly recommended to listen to the Transformational audio for at least 21 consecutive days, because it generally takes 21 days for a new habit to form in the brain.

Does Hypnotherapy work on physical ailments?

Yes. Often physical manifestations in the body are results of brain activities. Your subconscious mind holds the "secrets" to why your body chose to express a certain ailment in order to cope, to survive, or to comply with a belief you hold, the body also often expresses the feelings you haven't processed or let go of. Very often people experience improvements in physical health throughout their hypnotherapy journeys. When the emotions are better, and mental blocks are released, the body has to comply with that new, better state of being. Often we find that when we correct the mind, the form follows. However results will vary based on individuals.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes payment plans are available. But the session value must be paid prior to any sessions going ahead. Please contact me to discuss further
